• Mowing: Turf areas are mowed as needed according to seasonal growth. Mowing height is according to grass type and variety. Mower blades are sharpened and aligned on a regular basis to not damage grass blades or leave an uneven cut.
• Edging: Mechanical edging of all turf edges abutting sidewalks, or paved surfaces including all road curbs and drives are done following the mowing every mowing cycle. All debris is removed from the turf and pavement immediately following completion of this operation. Bed lines are edge the original design.
• Line Trimming: Line trimming and/or vegetation control around natural and manmade objects is performed with each mowing. Line trimming is done in a manner that cuts the grass blades at approximately the same height as the mower. Fence lines and enclosures are kept clean of objectionable plant growth.
